Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with proven experience in managing digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and SEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, the ability to deliver measurable results, and a strategic approach to scaling campaigns for an EdTech brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
• Develop SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve lead quality.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing leadership to align campaign goals with business objectives.
• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Identify growth opportunities and manage marketing challenges proactively.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine targeting and positioning.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns for lead generation or conversion.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience in the EdTech industry will be a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM integrations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, sales, and product teams.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
