Performance Marketing Manager

What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities)

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms with a strong focus on ROAS.
• Manage and align performance strategies with Shopify-based e-commerce ecosystems.
• Track and analyse KPIs such as CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS, and make real-time optimisations.
• Handle media budgets efficiently to maximise ROI.
• Work closely with design and development teams on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and landing page performance.
• Build and scale audience targeting, including remarketing and lookalike audiences.
• Run A/B tests across creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
• Share weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with insights and growth recommendations.
• Stay ahead of trends in e-commerce, paid media, and digital advertising.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably for e-commerce or Shopify brands.
• Strong understanding of Shopify, conversion funnels, and integrations.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads platforms.
• Proven ability to improve ROAS and lower CPA through optimisation.
• Comfortable working with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Meta Analytics, etc.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Clear communicator who can turn data into actionable insights.
• Working knowledge of CRO principles.
