We primarily focus on semi-casual clothing and are now re-vamping our product line to make smart casuals and layering clothes for working adults. We focus on food, music & culture and want to grow deeper in the community by making excellent lifestyle products that people would love to use on a daily basis.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid marketing and ad campaigns. You will run high-impact campaigns, manage our ad budgets, and build a robust system for ads and visibility around the Plot 87™ brand.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

Plan, launch & optimize campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms

Monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC & other key KPIs.

Create and maintain campaigns on above mentioned platforms.

Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences & landing pages.

Manage daily budgets and maintain performance dashboards.

Website & Conversion Optimization

Have a basic understanding of Shopify and other common D2C apps

Coordinate with the e-commerce team for CRO and funnel improvements.

Analyze user behavior and recommend conversion-boosting actions.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in performance/digital marketing (D2C preferred).

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.

Experience in handling social media & content strategy.

Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce.

Knowledge of tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, GA4.

Basic design/video editing ability.

Understating of SEO & SC
