Job Description

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who’s data-obsessed, ROI-driven, and understands that every ₹ spent must bring measurable sales — not just traffic. You’ll lead our paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and Blinkit, and drive scale with speed, structure, and profitability. Responsibilities Run and scale performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Blinkit Track & optimize NC-ROAS, CPA, AOV, CTR, and CLTV Set up retargeting, UGC-based funnels, and pixel/GA4 tracking Launch 3–5 new creatives per week with structured A/B testing Build weekly dashboards and insights for decision-making Collaborate with content, influencer & product teams to align campaigns Reduce CAC while increasing first-time purchases and repeat rates Required Skills Meta Ads (FB/Instagram) Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) UTM Tracking & GA4 Performance Marketing for E-commerce / D2C Google Tag Manager Conversion Rate Optimization Data Analysis & Budget Management Campaign Strategy & Execution Shopify Analytics
