Job Title: Ecommerce Performance Marketing Manager Location: Hybrid (New Delhi preferred) Company: Saaiesh Group π About Us: Saaiesh Group is a rapidly growing D2C company managing Ayurvedic wellness and fitness brands including Ayursesha (Herbal Products) and Diet N Fit (Online Fitness Coaching) . We sell across Blinkit, Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify, and are now scaling paid ads for our core product lines including cramp roll-ons, beard oils, weight loss capsules, and PCOD kits. We are hiring a seasoned Ecommerce Performance Marketing Manager with proven hands-on experience in Herbal, Cosmetics, or Ayurveda-based D2C brands , specifically for Meta and Google platforms. π Role Objective: To drive high-ROAS paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, with deep analytics, sharp targeting, and continuous funnel improvement for our top-performing SKUs. This role demands tactical execution, audience testing, and full-funnel optimization. π Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping) Build and manage full-funnel campaigns: TOFU, MOFU, BOFU Develop and test creatives, hooks, landing pages, and ad formats in sync with brand direction Work with designers, content team, and automation specialist to align on campaign deliverables Monitor daily budgets, AOV, ROAS, CAC, and key metrics Run cold acquisition campaigns, retargeting flows, and festive push strategies Manage product feeds (Google Merchant Center), setup pixel/tracking, and ensure data accuracy Collaborate on influencer amplification campaigns and user-generated content boosts Present weekly performance reports and insights to CEO and Digital Marketing Strategist π KPIs to Measure Success: ROAS (Meta & Google): >3.5x minimum on blended Cost per Purchase (CPP): within product-specific targets Ad Budget Utilization: 100% of approved spend Campaign Approval to Launch TAT: <48 hours Note: KPIs may evolve based on platform algorithm changes, seasonal campaign objectives, or business scaling priorities. πΌ Skills Required: Minimum 3 years of experience specifically managing performance marketing for E-commerce D2C brands in Herbal or Cosmetic categories Must have worked with Herbal, Cosmetic, or Ayurvedic product categories Strong analytics background: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, GTM Skilled in ad copywriting, creative testing, and funnel performance evaluation Working knowledge of Shopify, Google Merchant Center, Meta Pixel, GA4 Highly proactive, result-oriented, and conversion-focused Strong coordination skills with design, content, and operations teams π° What Youβll Get: Competitive Salary: βΉ5 LPA β βΉ8 LPA depending on experience and results Direct control over campaign planning and execution Visibility across multiple fast-scaling D2C brands Work closely with the Founder and senior team βοΈ How to Apply: If youβre someone whoβs passionate about ROAD-focused growth, campaign optimization, and product scaling β weβd love to hear from you.
