We are looking for a Junior Growth Consultant (Setters) to join our team. This hybrid role involves lead generation, appointment setting , and sales performance . Role Overview The Junior Growth Consultant will Qualify leads using discovery call scripts, fix appointments and maintain a 6% or higher appointments booked to closure ratio . Ensure smooth communication with potential and existing clients. You will work closely with the Sales and Coaching Teams to support Business Coaching initiatives . Key Responsibilities Actively engage with potential clients through outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments . Maintain a 6% or higher appointment booked-to-closure ratio and achieve 3-4 successful closes per month . Maintain a 100% data accuracy rate in CRM tools (HubSpot/Pipedrive) . Who You Are 1-3 years of experience in sales or lead generation roles . Proficient in CRM tools , call management software . Excellent communication and problem-solving skills . Able to manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism . Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently . What You’ll Get Competitive Salary: ₹2,40,000 - ₹4,20,000 per annum + 2% commission on cash collected from set appointments.
