Primary Title: Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Media)

About The Opportunity

A revenue-driven marketing role within the B2B SaaS / Cloud Communications & Customer Experience sector. This on-site India position supports aggressive customer acquisition and growth goals by leading paid marketing across search, social, display and programmatic channels.Role & Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and scale performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic DSPs and other paid channels to meet CAC, CPA and ROAS targets.
  • Own full-funnel paid media strategy—audience segmentation, creative testing, landing page optimization, and bid management—driving measurable acquisition and pipeline growth.
  • Manage monthly budgets, pacing and forecasts; reallocate spend in real-time based on performance and business priorities.
  • Implement and maintain robust tracking (GA4, GTM, conversion tags, UTM standards) and lead-to-revenue attribution to quantify channel ROI and LTV.
  • Run structured A/B tests and CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates; collaborate with product, design and content to iterate on high-performing creatives and funnels.
  • Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights; present recommendations to senior marketing and revenue leaders to optimize growth levers.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 3+ years managing paid acquisition (search, social, programmatic) with demonstrable CAC/ROAS improvements.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and GA4; comfortable with GTM and server- or cloud-side tracking concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills: SQL or advanced Excel/Sheets for deep-dive analyses and cohort reporting.
  • Proven experience running A/B tests, conversion optimization and landing page experiments.
  • Data-driven mindset: experience with attribution models, incrementality testing and media mix optimization.

Preferred

  • Experience with programmatic DSPs (DV360/TradeDesk), LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) integrated to CRM.
  • Familiarity with dashboarding tools (Looker/Tableau) and managing on-site paid media teams or agency partners.
