Job Description

Own and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, and Affiliate networks. Plan, execute, and optimize RCS, Email, and SMS campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Drive measurable business growth by scaling loan applications, disbursals, and repeat engagement. Manage performance marketing budgets with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion funnel optimization. Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-impact ad creatives and communication journeys. Collaborate with product, tech, and analytics teams to implement robust tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks. Identify, test, and onboard new marketing channels, partners, and tools to enhance acquisition strategies. Stay updated on lending industry trends, regulatory requirements, and digital marketing innovations. Requirements4–8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably within Lending, BFSI, or FinTech. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic platforms, and Affiliate marketing. Working knowledge of RCS, Email, and SMS platforms with proven results in engagement and conversions. Solid understanding of marketing attribution models, conversion tracking, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, or similar.
