Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Own and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic platforms, and Affiliate networks.
Plan, execute, and optimize RCS, Email, and SMS campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Drive measurable business impact by scaling loan applications, disbursals, and repeat user engagement.
Manage and optimize performance budgets with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel conversions.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-impact ad creatives and communication flows.
Work closely with product, tech, and analytics teams to implement robust tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks.
Identify, explore, and onboard new marketing channels, partners, and tools to strengthen acquisition strategies.
Stay updated on lending industry trends, compliance requirements, and the latest digital marketing innovations.

Requirements:

4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within the Lending, BFSI, or FinTech domain.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic platforms, and Affiliate networks.
Working knowledge of RCS, Email, and SMS platforms with proven results in engagement and conversions.
Solid understanding of marketing attribution models, conversion tracking, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, or similar.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to manage large budgets and optimize campaigns aligned with business KPIs.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
