Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, programmatic platforms, and affiliate channels. Own the paid acquisition funnel – drive traffic, installs, conversions, and retention across web and app. Work closely with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging strategies. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance – ROAS, CAC, CPI, CPL, and other relevant KPIs. Collaborate with analytics and product teams to optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and user journeys. Manage budgets and allocate spends based on performance metrics and growth objectives. Requirements: 2–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2C Proficiency in running large-scale campaigns on Meta, Google Ads (UAC), DV360, and other paid platforms.
