Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, managing budgets, developing strategies to increase ROI, utilizing data analytics tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The role involves staying updated on digital marketing trends and ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Performance Marketing, Paid Media Campaigns, and Digital Advertising
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Campaign Optimization, and Budget Management
• Proficiency with Marketing Analytics Tools, such as Google Analytics, and platform-specific ad managers
• Experience in SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing
• Excellent strategic planning, project management, and reporting abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet objectives with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with the legal or service-providing industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
