Performance Marketing Manager

This role is perfect for someone who can work independently, manage multiple platforms, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize

  Google Ads

  and

  Meta Ads

  campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
• Create and manage

  email marketing flows

  (welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back, promotional).
• Plan, execute, and analyze

  PPC campaigns

  across platforms.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Utilize

  Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager

  for tracking, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Conduct

  A/B testing

  for ads, landing pages, and email flows to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives, copywriting, and campaign strategies.
• Provide

  weekly and monthly reports

  on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest

  digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum

  4 years of experience

  in performance marketing.
• Hands-on expertise with:

• Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Email marketing platforms

  (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)

• Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager

• Strong knowledge of

  e-commerce sales funnels and remarketing strategies.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently on a contract basis.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of SEO to complement paid strategies.
