Role Overview- We are hiring a Manager to lead our Performance Marketing + Influencer Affiliate teams. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, target-driven and experienced in handling a team of 10+ executives while driving strong growth across Google Ads & influencer sales funnels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership:

● Manage & mentor a team of 10+ members (Influencer, Outreach & PM team)

● Set weekly KPIs, performance reviews & drive consistent execution

● Create SOPs, workflows & reporting dashboards

2. Influencer Affiliate Management:

● Oversee monthly onboarding of 50–100 creators

● Ensure team executes 300–500 outreach DMs/day

● Approve negotiations, commission slabs & influencer activations

● Track clicks, leads, sales, payouts via CRM & dashboards

3. Performance Marketing (Google Ads):

● Strategize & optimize Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max

● Build conversion-focused lead funnels for courses/workshops

● Improve ROI, CPL, CTR & lead quality

● A/B test creatives, landing pages & ad copies

● Manage tracking via Analytics, GTM, Data Studio

● Implement automation with Zapier, HubSpot, ChatGPT workflows

Required Skills

● 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing + Influencer/Affiliate Marketing

● Strong team handling & leadership capabilities

● Proven success in lead generation, ads performance & creator conversions

● Excellent communication, negotiation & analytics skills

● Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
