Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Executive to assist our marketing team in driving lead generation, content strategy, and personal branding initiatives. The Executive will work on Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing campaigns, social media content strategy, and also support the founder’s branding activities on LinkedIn. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience across performance marketing and personal branding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Campaign Management
Assist in setting up and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Support in email marketing – building lists, creating campaigns, and analyzing performance.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements for higher conversions.
2. Data Management & Reporting
Collect and analyze performance data across campaigns.
Prepare reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
3. Social Media & Content Strategy
Work with the social media team to align content with lead generation goals.
Research trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to guide content creation.
Contribute creative ideas for posts, reels, and campaigns.
4. LinkedIn Branding (Founder’s Profile)
Assist in managing and growing the founder’s LinkedIn presence.
Research content ideas, draft posts/articles, and help in building thought-leadership positioning.
Track performance of LinkedIn posts and optimize content strategy accordingly.
5. Collaboration & Execution
Coordinate with designers and content writers to create campaign assets.
Test new tools, platforms, and strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Must have proficiency with LinkedIn (posting, content research, engagement strategies).
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and eagerness to learn new tools and strategies.
