Performance Marketing Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage performance campaigns across

    Google Search, Display, Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

    , and

    LinkedIn

    .
  • Own end-to-end campaign setup, including audience targeting, bidding strategy, budget pacing, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Generate performance reports using

    Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

    , and

    Data Studio

    .
  •  Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Work with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure cohesive campaign execution and brand alignment.
  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for performance channels.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ad assets tailored to platform and audience.
  • Monitor competitor activity, keyword trends, and platform updates to refine strategy.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion goals.
  • Create detailed performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new platform features.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2-3  years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience working with data platforms (e.g., Excel, Looker Studio, or similar).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
