We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be skilled in planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling digital advertising campaigns focused on healthcare lead generation and brand visibility.
● Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) for healthcare clients.
● Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets to ensure ROI and CPL targets are met.
● Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting to improve conversions.
● Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools to extract actionable insights.
● Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and copy in collaboration with content and design teams.
● Create performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams and clients.
● Collaborate with SEO, social media, and content teams to align campaign strategy.
● Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, digital trends, and industry benchmarks.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
-Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and/or LinkedIn.
-Proficiency with ad managers, Google Analytics, and performance tracking tools.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
-Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, UTM tagging, and CRM integration.
-Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
-Excellent communication and reporting skills.
-Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
-Experience in healthcare, wellness, or clinic-based performance campaigns.
-Familiarity with lead generation campaigns using landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow).
-Understanding of funnel marketing and retargeting strategies.
