Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Associate Director – Performance Marketing

to lead global user acquisition efforts across the US and Rest of the World (ROW) markets. This

role is responsible for driving efficient growth through paid digital channels with a sharp focus on

optimizing CPL and ROAS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage a

performance marketing team, and own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel

campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement the performance marketing strategy for US and ROW

markets with a strong focus on CPL and ROAS.

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google

Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

  • Identify, scale, and optimize high-performing campaigns while addressing underperforming efforts.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with business teams to align marketing strategies with company

growth goals.

  • Partner with content and design teams to develop high-conversion creatives and

messaging tailored to global audiences.


Data Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics with a data-driven mindset.
  • Utilize analytics tools to generate actionable insights, A/B test strategies, and

drive performance improvements.

  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting.


Team Management & Development

  • Lead and mentor a 1–2 member performance marketing team, fostering

collaboration and excellence.

  • Drive professional growth through continuous feedback, training, and

development opportunities.


Budget Ownership

  • Manage performance marketing budgets across channels to ensure efficientspend and maximum ROI.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust spending based on performance data and strategic priorities.


Market & Competitor Intelligence

  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, innovations, and tools.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify new growth opportunities.


Requirements:

Experience:

  • 8–10 years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on expertise across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other major platforms.
  • Experience with international markets, particularly the US and ROW.
  • Prior experience in ed-tech, especially in the K-12 space, is highly preferred.
