Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Udaipur, Rajasthan. As a Performance Marketer, your day-to-day tasks will involve planning and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, optimizing campaign strategies, and generating reports to measure ROI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts with business goals and achieve maximum impact across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Digital Advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other pay-per-click (PPC) channels
• Strong skills in SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns
• Data analysis and report generation skills for measuring campaign performance and optimizing results
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journey mapping
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with creative and strategy teams effectively
• Ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks to maximize business outcomes
• Prior experience in a marketing agency or similar performance-driven environment is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
