Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Shopify SEO Executive based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The day-to-day responsibilities include performing keyword research to optimize product listings, executing on-page SEO activities, managing technical SEO audits, and implementing effective link-building strategies. The candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to improve website ranking, drive organic traffic, and enhance overall store visibility. We’re now entering a scale-up phase and are looking for someone who understands performance marketing beyond just running ads someone who can build full-funnel campaigns, optimize acquisition cost, scale paid channels profitably, and turn high-intent demand into conversion and repeat purchases. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼 (𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀) 1. 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 • Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, landing pages, copy, placements, and funnel stages. • Improve ROAS, lower CPA, and increase repeat purchase performance. 4. 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 & 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 • Monitor daily spend and pacing to ensure efficient burn aligned with revenue targets. • Allocate budgets intelligently based on product category performance and seasonal demand (festivals, gifting, wedding season, festive collections, etc). 5. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 & 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 • Use GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools to measure results across CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, and funnel conversion. • Implement tracking pixels, events, UTM mapping, and conversion tracking on Creslia’s Shopify store. 𝟲. 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 • Share weekly dashboards highlighting wins, losses, insights, and next steps. • Recommend scaling strategies, new channels, and creative directions backed by data not assumptions. 𝟳.
