Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, campaign execution experience, and a track record of delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-efficiency while achieving KPIs (CTR, ROAS, Conversions, CPL, etc.).
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation & competitor analysis to improve ad performance.
• Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns in Search, Display, Video, and Social Media ads.
• Coordinate with creative teams for ad copies, visuals, and landing page optimization.
• Track, measure and report campaign performance using Google Analytics & Meta Business Manager.
• Implement A/B testing to improve campaign results.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform changes & algorithm updates.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience in managing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and tracking tools.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager & Pixel setup.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certifications (added advantage).
• Experience with remarketing & conversion optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with e-commerce advertising will be preferred.
