Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
Manage SEO/SEM, PPC, and display advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other reporting dashboards.
Develop and implement strategies to improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition.
Coordinate with content, design, and social media teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
Prepare periodic reports on campaign effectiveness and present insights to management.

Requirements:

Minimum
3 years of experience
in digital marketing with strong exposure to
performance marketing
.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and Google Analytics.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
Good understanding of conversion funnels, remarketing, and audience targeting.
Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads / Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in app-based marketing or e-commerce performance campaigns will be an added advantage.
