1. Strategic Campaign Management

• Plan, execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn and programmatic platforms to drive leads, customer acquisition and revenue.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics including CTR, CPA and ROAS for continuous improvement.

2. Data-Driven Growth Strategies

• Analyse performance data to uncover insights, informing strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Design and test innovative growth experiments to improve conversion rates and optimize user funnels.

3. Budget Management & ROI Optimization

• Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and positive ROI.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends and recommend adoption of new tools or technologies to boost performance.

4. Collaboration & Market Presence

• Partner with internal teams to enhance landing page conversion rates and ad performance.
• Conduct competitive and market research to stay informed on industry trends.

5. Continuous Learning & Adaptation

• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
• Identify and optimize critical user journey touchpoints to reduce drop-offs and enhance engagement.

What we want you to have

• Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across SEM, SMM, PPC and other acquisition channels.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and programmatic platforms.
• Proficiency in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
• Expertise in creating and optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience managing paid campaigns with a focus on ROI-driven growth, Google Ads and SaaS/ iPaaS industry.
  What is a plus to have
• Experience in SaaS/iPaaS industries.
• Familiarity with outbound marketing tools and sales enablement platforms.
