Performance Marketing Expert

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Plan, launch, and optimize mobile app acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, UAC, and DV360.
  
• Manage full-funnel media buying including audience segmentation, creative testing, bidding, and budget allocation.
  
• Optimize campaigns for CPI, CPL, CAC, and ROI.
  
• Use

  AppsFlyer

  for attribution and tracking and

  MoEngage

  for engagement and retention insights.
• Execute structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages.
  
• Build and maintain actionable performance dashboards.
  

Funnel Optimization

• Track and analyze app funnel metrics to identify drop-offs and improve install-to-activation conversions.
  
• Partner with product and analytics teams to enhance user journey and retention.
  
• Maintain campaign hygiene including pacing, audience overlap checks, and fraud monitoring.
  

Requirements

• Minimum

  4+ years

  of hands-on experience in mobile app performance marketing.
• Expertise in Meta, Google, UAC, and DV360 campaigns.
  
• Proven success managing mid-to-large monthly marketing budgets with strong ROI.
  
• Strong knowledge of

  AppsFlyer

  and

  MoEngage

  for attribution and analysis.
• Deep understanding of mobile app user acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and retention metrics.
  
• Strong analytical mindset with command over CPI, CAC, ROAS, and LTV optimization.
  
• Ability to independently execute and scale performance campaigns.
  
• Fintech or mobile-first consumer app experience preferred.
  
• Bonus: ASO knowledge and creative testing frameworks.
