As the Sr. Content Strategist, you’ll lead our content team, shaping impactful narratives that strengthen brand positioning, inspire audiences, and drive measurable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor the content team to deliver high-quality, engaging, brand-aligned content.
• Develop and evolve content strategies that fuel client growth and strengthen brand positioning.
• Research and forecast trends, audience behaviors, and industry shifts to design innovative, insight-driven strategies.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling framework across all platforms.
• Collaborate closely with design, performance, and strategy teams to align content with business objectives.
• Build, manage, and optimize content calendars, workflows, and campaign timelines.
• Track, measure, and report on content performance to maximize impact.
• Drive creative brainstorming and ideation to keep content fresh, relevant, and impactful.
• Ensure content quality and timely delivery that exceeds expectations.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and content performance metrics.
• A proven track record of crafting impactful content strategies.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
