Role Summary:

The Performance Marketer will own the end-to-end growth strategy, combining creativity, analytics, and experimentation. This role goes beyond paid media management, focusing on multi-channel growth tactics, funnel optimization, retention strategies, and scalable growth experiments that fuel sustainable business expansion. 

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and lead holistic growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and

monetisation funnels

● Identify, prioritize, and execute scalable growth experiments

● Collaborate with the Digital Ads team to align paid acquisition with broader growth goals

and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI

● Use quantitative data analysis and qualitative insights to inform hypotheses and drive

continuous improvement

● Partner with product, marketing, and analytics teams to implement tracking, attribution,

and data infrastructure that supports growth initiatives

● Design and execute A/B tests and conversion rate optimization tactics throughout the

customer journey

● Own retention marketing strategies, including lifecycle email campaigns, push

notifications, and loyalty initiatives to maximize user lifetime value

● Identify new growth channels and innovative tactics to expand market reach and

customer base

● Create detailed growth reports, communicate results to leadership, and refine strategies

accordingly

Qualifications:

● 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or related roles,

preferably in travel, e-commerce, or SaaS

● Proven experience designing and implementing multi-channel growth strategies with

measurable business impact

● Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with analytics and experimentation platforms

(e.g., Google Analytics,)

● Deep understanding of paid media, organic channels, email marketing, and CRM best

practices

● Hands-on with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and marketing automation tools

● Passionate about travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences is a plus
