Role Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead ROI-driven campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. This role demands expertise in campaign optimization, lead generation, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
• Track ROI, CPL, and ROAS; manage budgets efficiently.
• Setup tracking systems (pixels, events, UTM, GA4).
• Collaborate with creative team for ad copies & creatives.
• Regular reporting with insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in paid media & performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with dashboards.
• Proven track record of improving ROI for clients.
• Knowledge of remarketing, funnels, and automation.
