Performance marketer

Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai

Nature of role - Full time; on-site

We’re hiring a hands-on Performance/Digital Marketing Expert who can own growth across channels and industries. You’ll plan and execute campaigns, optimize funnels, lead experimentation, and report on outcomes with a bias for ROAS and revenue.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn; scale what works, kill what doesn’t.
• Build media plans & budgets; manage daily pacing with clear targets on ROAS/CAC/MER/CTR/CVR/AOV/LTV.
• Set up and maintain tracking & attribution (GA4, GTM, pixels, UTM discipline, conversion APIs).
• Lead CRO: landing page hypotheses, A/B tests, heatmaps, form frictions, and offer/creative iterations.
• Partner with design/content to brief high-performing creatives for D2C, E-commerce, F&B, Hospitality & Corporate/B2B.
• Drive marketing automation & retention (email/SMS/WhatsApp/CRM flows), cart recovery, and lifecycle journeys.
• Build weekly dashboards and present insights & next actions to leadership and clients.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years in performance/digital marketing with proven results (case studies/ROAS improvements required).
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Search Console, Looker Studio.
• Strong grasp of attribution, bidding strategies, feed/catalog management, and remarketing.
• Experience across D2C & E-commerce (Shopify preferred), F&B (incl. hyperlocal/aggregators), Hospitality (OTA/brand site), and Corporate/B2B (LinkedIn Ads).
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication; comfortable owning outcomes and explaining the “why”.

Nice-to-haves

Klaviyo/Mailchimp, WhatsApp campaigns, Hotjar, Mixpanel/ Amplitude. Basic SEO & landing page best practices; light HTML/CSS a plus. Experience coordinating influencers/affiliates and UGC creative pipelines.
