Role Summary

We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize

  performance and sponsored ad campaigns

  across major marketplaces.
• Manage daily ad budgets, monitor performance, and ensure campaigns meet ROI and KPI targets.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to improve CTR, conversion rate, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with category, marketing, and sales teams to align ad strategies with business goals.
• Research competitor ads and track marketplace trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Prepare campaign reports and actionable insights using Excel and analytics tools.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in

  running paid ads

  for e-commerce or quick commerce brands.
• Strong command of

  Sponsored Ads, CPC/CPM campaigns, keyword targeting, and performance optimization

  .
• Analytical mindset with advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent understanding of marketplace algorithms and ad placement strategies.
• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Ad campaign ROI and overall sales contribution.
• Click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Improvement in product visibility and marketplace ranking.
• Growth in repeat orders and new customer acquisition through ads.
