Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Zirakpur for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. They will also be tasked with optimizing campaigns for performance and ROI.

Qualifications

Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Analytics skills
Experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
Excellent communication and project management skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Certifications in Google Analytics or Google Ads are a plus
