Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Jaipur. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for designing and executing performance marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, and reporting on KPIs. Daily tasks include managing paid advertising campaigns, conducting A/B testing, ensuring ROI efficiency, collaborating with creative teams, and staying updated on industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in performance marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC channels
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and content marketing
• Excellent project management and team collaboration skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Jaipur
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
