What you’ll do

• Collaborate with directors, choreographers, and fellow performers to create cohesive and impactful productions.
• Participate in rehearsals and workshops to refine your skills and enhance the overall performance quality.
• Engage in promotional activities, including social media marketing and content creation to boost audience engagement.
• Utilize digital marketing strategies to promote performances through various channels, including email marketing and social media platforms.
• Conduct research on audience preferences and trends to tailor performances that captivate viewers.
• Manage performance logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and product management for shows.
• Embrace feedback from peers and directors to continually improve your craft.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in performing arts or related fields.
• Strong skills in copywriting and storytelling to enhance performance narratives.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for creating promotional materials.
• Experience in multichannel marketing strategies, including B2C marketing and performance marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO principles to optimize online presence for performances.
• Proficiency in WordPress and HTML for maintaining personal or group websites.
• Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure audience engagement.
