Performance marketer

About the Role

AdTractive Internet is a full-funnel digital marketing & CRO agency working with fast-growing D2C, SaaS, and F&B brands. We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can take ownership of paid campaigns end-to-end across Meta and Google Ads.

If you’ve scaled budgets, cracked performance for brands, and live in the numbers - we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (FB/IG) and Google Ads.
• Manage monthly ad spends of ₹5–10 lakhs+ across multiple accounts.
• Work closely with the strategy, creative, and client teams to align performance goals with funnel objectives.
• Execute campaigns for D2C and SaaS brands — bonus if you’ve worked on lead generation campaigns.
• Track daily/weekly KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, conversions) and prepare actionable reports.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and testing opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing ₹5–10 lakh/month ad spends for the past 6 months.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
• Strong understanding of funnel strategy, attribution, and conversion optimization.
• Experience in D2C and SaaS marketing is a must.
• Lead generation campaign experience is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets and reporting skills.
