Performance marketer

Role Summary

The position of Performance marketer requires a highly disciplined and accountable professional with the ability to:

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

● Maintain daily structured reporting using company-approved platforms (Zoho, ClickUp, etc.).

● Respect deadlines and ensure projects are executed with speed and precision.

● Collaborate with teams while maintaining professional conduct and respect.

● Contribute actively to ecosystem by aligning with its performance-first culture.

This is a results-driven role, not task-driven. Every deliverable must create measurable value and align with the company’s mission of scaling the unscalable.

Salary package - 35k to 40k approx.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute all assigned tasks with precision, speed, and accountability.

2. Failure in task completion will be reflected in their monthly payout.

3. Maintain daily work reports and progress logs on Zoho/ClickUp or other platforms as directed.

4. Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless project execution.

5. Strictly adhere to deadlines, quality standards, and reporting structures.

6. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in client interactions.

7. Respect company values and contribute actively to the performance-driven work culture.

8. Ensure zero tolerance for negligence, misuse of work hours, or vanity-driven tasks.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

● Minimum 1 year of professional experience (mandatory for all roles except internships).

● Familiarity with project management platforms (Zoho, ClickUp, Trello, or similar).

● Strong technical skills related to the specific role.

● Excellent time management and communication skills.

● High level of discipline, adaptability, and accountability.

Experience Requirement

● Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience required for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Contract roles.

● Internship positions are open only to freshers with strong learning ability, discipline, and readiness to adapt to company standards.
