Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Faridabad. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. This role involves analyzing performance data, managing budgets, and creating strategies aimed at driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Daily tasks include conducting A/B tests, running paid advertising campaigns, collaborating with creative teams to develop marketing assets, and reporting on campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC advertising tools
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance data analysis, A/B testing, and optimization techniques
• Experience in developing user acquisition and retention strategies
• Knowledge of budgeting and managing marketing spend effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
