Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, located in Ernakulam. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for creating and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital platforms, analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, conducting market research, and managing advertising budgets. The role involves closely working with creative and strategy teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing
• 4 years minimum experience required.
• Skills in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Market Research
• Proficient in managing advertising budgets and campaign optimization
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
