Position: Performance Marketer Company: ZYPPYIT – Crafting Your Online Presence Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven and data-savvy Performance Marketer to join our creative team at ZYPPYIT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. You’ll work closely with our design and development teams to ensure our campaigns are not only visually strong but also deliver real, measurable outcomes. Your role will be critical in driving targeted traffic, generating leads, and improving ROI through strategic advertising and continuous optimization. Roles & Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms. Optimize campaigns regularly to enhance ROI, lower CPA, and boost conversion rates. Collaborate with the content, design, and tech teams to align creative and messaging with performance goals. Set up and manage tracking systems, including GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion APIs. Analyze campaign performance data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports. Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital advertising. Key Skills: Hands-on experience with paid ads on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Strong knowledge of performance metrics, audience targeting, and bid strategies. Proficiency in using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite. Experience in lead generation, eCommerce campaigns, and remarketing. Ability to work collaboratively with creative and development teams. Strong analytical mindset with attention to campaign performance details.
