Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimise lead-generation campaigns across paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, etc.) targeting international and corporate clients. Develop and manage performance marketing strategies with a clear focus on ROI, CPL (Cost per Lead), and Conversion Rate Optimisation . Create audience segments and buyer personas to run highly targeted ad campaigns. Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve campaign performance. Monitor and report key performance metrics, using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform dashboards. Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to align messaging and funnel strategy. Manage budgets effectively and allocate spends to channels delivering the highest returns. Optimise landing pages and funnels for quality lead conversion. Keep up with trends in international markets and ad platforms, adapting strategies accordingly. Requirements: Proven track record in running ROI-driven paid campaigns , especially in the B2B or software/SaaS space. Experience in generating qualified leads for international and enterprise-level clients . Strong knowledge of ad platforms – Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and retargeting strategies. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel. Ability to write basic ad copies and suggest high-performing creative angles. Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead tracking tools. Highly proactive, with a test-measure-learn approach to marketing.
