Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, optimizing for performance metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and providing actionable insights. Additional tasks include managing ad platforms, A/B testing, audience targeting, and reporting performance metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Performance Marketing, Campaign Management, and Paid Media Optimization
• Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
• Analytical skills, including data analysis, reporting, and the ability to gain insights from performance metrics
• Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and A/B testing methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the Martech or digital marketing industry is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
