SquashCode Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to drive measurable growth for our clients and our brand. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply data-driven, execution-focused, and confident in owning performance outcomes end-to-end.

🔍 Role Overview

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid digital campaigns across platforms. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and leadership to translate business goals into high-performing digital strategies.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Paid Search, Paid Social, Funnels, Lead Gen)

• Analyze campaign data, KPIs, and funnels to continuously improve ROI

• Manage and optimize budgets to achieve CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets

• Lead client onboarding and understand business objectives

• Collaborate with creative, content, and tech teams for campaign execution

• Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights

• Guide and support junior team members when required

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing agency environment

• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and analytics

• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.)

• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills

• Highly goal-oriented with a strong ownership mindset

📍 Job Details

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V (Work from Office)

Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Open Positions: 1–2

Joining: Immediate / within 30 days
