Job Title : Channel Sales Executive Department : Tech Sales Location : Bengaluru Job Summary : The Channel Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and managing a high-performing network of channel partners to drive cloud sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the cloud market, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to motivate and support channel partners to achieve their sales targets. Key Responsibilities: β Recruit and onboard new channel partners: Identify, qualify, and recruit new channel partners that align with the company's strategic goals and target market. β Develop and execute channel sales strategies: Collaborate with channel partners to develop and execute go-to-market plans, including joint marketing initiatives, sales training, and lead generation programs. β Drive channel revenue growth: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel partners, monitor sales performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching. β Manage channel partner relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. β Stay abreast of market trends: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the cloud market. β Represent the company at industry events: Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential partners and promote the company's channel programs. β Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless channel operations. Qualifications: β Proven experience: 1+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the SaaS base. β Strong relationships: Established relationships with key channel partners in the target market. β Sales expertise: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth. β Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. β Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions to challenges. β Technical aptitude: Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and solutions. β Relationship management: Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners. β Motivation and drive: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. β Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
