Job Title: People Services Senior Generalist

About the job
Main responsibilities:
ON/OFFBOARDING – All India and Greater Gulf.
Performing end to end on/offboarding activities for all the Headcount Functions.
Updates on/offboarding actions across tracking systems.
Provides consistent and effective communication regarding employee’s status and on/offboarding process.
Closely monitors and ensuring the offboarding checklist are closed by respective stakeholders.
Attends to all queries and concerns pertaining to the on/offboarding process.
Maintains employee database for on/offboarding.
Assist with global initiatives pertaining to on/offboarding.
Supporting all the on/offboarding activities on employee documentation.
EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE – All India
Complete Employee Life Cycle Management from hire to retire for specific business group assigned.
Manage end to end Job Changes process in Workday and prepare the necessary letters inline with the actions of Workday.
Manage all the KPIs pertaining to Workday with 100% compliance in terms of TAT and MSS.
Collate data for regular statistical reports on HR information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data (Workday, Power BI)
Conduct Workday trainings for MSS and ESS across all the process of Workday, Passport, CREW & OneSupport.
Provide basic advice on the policies and procedures to employees and managers.
Submit monthly payroll inputs as per the regular monthly process.
Maintain employee files – Hardcopy, Softcopy as per the country requirements.
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Support– All India and Greater Gulf.
Participate in the OneSupport global calls for updates and communicate the same to the team.
Review KPI’s related to the SLA’s and put in a plan of action where required.
Evaluate options to improve the overall usage of OneSupport for queries.
Ensure that all tickets for the team are being closed as per the SLA’s defined.
Work as the Knowledge base owner for local articles created. Review and update local articles where required.
Handle employee queries related to people services process through the Tier 1 & Tier 2 process.
Assist with the planning, implementation, maintenance and documentation of all the Tier 1 & Tier 2 process.
Work within our ticketing system (OneSupport) to create detailed work logs and article documentation.
Manage OneSupport tickets in a timely manner and ensure the SLA are followed.
Prepare weekly dashboards and provide executive summary on weekly basis to the LT team.
Work closely with the Tier 3 team and provide guidance whenever needed.
INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY – All India and Greater Gulf.
Coordinate with the respective stakeholders and the employee for any mobility related support.
Support, drive and execute on international mobility projects and initiatives as required.
Review and recommend any improvements to global mobility approaches and benefits.
Partner with the International Mobility team to implement any requirements locally.
About you:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing Employee Lifecyle and On & Offboarding process.
Soft skills: Demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of HR Operations, Strong interpersonal skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills (India, Greater Gulf).
Technical skills: Workday, Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Power point & Excel).
Education: Post graduate qualification in HR
