  • Employee On boarding
  • Manage the On-boarding processes for global hub employees in coordination with the central HO teams.
  • Deliver the On-Boarding induction sessions every Monday for the new hires.
  • Ensure all the prerequisites for the On-boarding process are being followed by the respective manager and stakeholders.
  • To ensure all the joining formalities are done as per the desired processes, and the employee files are created and updated with the necessary documents for every new hire.

Employee Off boarding

  • Performing end to end offboarding activities for all the Headcount Functions.
  • As part of the Off boarding communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders about the resignation of employees along with details of last working day.
  • Updates offboarding actions across tracking systems.
  • Provides consistent and effective communication regarding employees status and offboarding process.
  • Closely monitors and ensuring the offboarding checklist are closed by respective stakeholders in PASSPORT.
  • Attends to all queries and concerns pertaining to the offboarding process.
  • Maintains employee database for offboarding.
  • Assist with global initiatives pertaining to offboarding.
  • EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE Global Hub
  • Administer & manage the process for the letter preparations for promotions, confirmation, transfers, offers, appointment, resignation acceptance, etc. for all eligible employees.
  • Prepare and issue letters to the employees on all service-related matters.
  • Prepare and issue relieving letters to resigned employees after completing full and final settlement.
  • Record management should be maintained and administered with 100% accuracy.
  • Support on HR Systems (Workday) for business and HR processes
