People & Culture Manager

Role Overview:
A unique role to connect the brand with local Goan culture, events, and lifestyle, ensuring campaigns feel authentic and rooted in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build partnerships with local artists, musicians, influencers.
• Organize cultural events/pop-ups that align with the café/hotel brand.
• Keep brand communication in sync with Goan lifestyle.
• Source trends from nightlife, art, and culinary scenes.
• Work with social & marketing team to integrate culture into content.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Goan culture, music, food, art.
• Event management/PR background preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Outgoing personality with strong networking skills.
