Job Description: As a People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the People & Culture department. Your primary focus will be on fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement, and implementing HR strategies to support the overall business objectives. Key responsibilities include: - Managing all People & Culture initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of People & Culture practices with the company's goals and values. - Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance the employee experience and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. - Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. - Prior experience in a People & Culture role, preferably in the hospitality industry. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
