We’re hiring a performance-driven, data-oriented, and creatively strategic Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition and pipeline acceleration. This is a high-impact role focused on measurable outcomes, where your work directly influences marketing-sourced revenue and sales velocity. You’ll be empowered to design, test, and scale campaigns that move metrics, not just generate noise. Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy and Campaign Execution Plan and launch multi-channel Ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, content syndication, and email. Define audience segmentation and campaign journeys across ICPs and geographies. Lead the implementation of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) plays and conversion-optimized journeys. Run playbooks for lead generation, brand awareness, and retargeting to feed top-of-funnel and accelerate mid-funnel interest. Demand Generation and Performance Marketing Own KPIs including MQL volume, CAC, CPL, ROAS, and contribution to pipeline. Run paid acquisition programs and manage budget allocations with a revenue-first mindset. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure creative and copy are optimized for performance. Funnel Analytics and Optimization Track, analyze, and report on the entire marketing funnel from lead to revenue. Set up and optimize tracking systems using tools like GA4, HubSpot, Hotjar, and Looker Studio. Run A/B and multivariate experiments on ads, CTAs, landing pages, and lead flows to improve conversion rates. MarTech and Automation Use marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Clearbit, Zapier) to scale lead nurturing, scoring, and handoff to sales. Build, test, and iterate lifecycle workflows and multi-touch engagement programs. Ensure clean attribution, CRM hygiene, and cross-channel lead consistency. Sales Alignment and Pipeline Enablement Work closely with BDRs and AEs to convert demand into qualified pipeline. Build marketing campaign kits for sales outreach—templates, sequences, and talking points. Drive intent-based marketing and win-back campaigns for stalled or aged opportunities. Requirements 2–4 years of B2B SaaS experience in growth or demand generation, preferably in mid-market or enterprise segments. Proficiency in running paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn), marketing ops, and funnel analytics for the US market. Strong understanding of buyer journeys, GTM motions (inbound, outbound, ABM), and revenue marketing, and attribution models. Experience managing large campaign budgets and optimizing CAC and pipeline ROI. A builder’s mindset—comfortable with testing, failing, iterating, and scaling what works.
