Role Overview

We are looking for talented Design Engineers

or RCC)

design and STAAD backgrounds are welcome to apply — prior PEB experience is preferred

not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

 Perform structural analysis and design of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs) and

Industrial Steel Structures.

 Prepare and check design calculations using STAAD Pro

 Understand client specifications, IS codes, AISC/MBMA/IS 800 provisions, and apply

them in design.

 Coordinate with detailing teams for preparation of fabrication drawings, GA drawings,

and connection details.

 Optimize steel tonnage while ensuring safety, serviceability, and compliance with

standards.

 Provide engineering support to proposals, estimation, and project execution teams.

 Review vendor drawings and coordinate with project management, sales, and factory

teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

 Qualification:

Software Skills: Must: STAAD Pro

Experience:

o PEB / Steel design engineers with 3–7 years preferred.

o Civil / RCC design engineers with STAAD background are also eligible and will be trained in PEB steel design.

 Knowledge:

o IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, AISC, MBMA.

o Load combinations for wind, seismic, and crane loads.

 Strong understanding of structural engineering principles.

 Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

 Ability to work independently and within a team.

 Strong communication and coordination skills.
