PEB Design Engineer

As a Structural Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the following: - Proficient in analytical calculations, designing, and planning for the construction of new buildings and steel structures. This includes designing pre-engineered building systems such as framing, connections, and bracing to ensure they meet project requirements and comply with various codes such as IS, IBC, AISC, NBC, and Euro. - Leading a team of Four to Five design engineers, mentoring them, and aligning their work with the organizational objectives. - Creating design sketches, MPS, job cards, and GADs for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. - Interacting with the sales team to address queries related to ongoing projects and inquiries. - Participating in internal discussions with the detailing team to resolve queries and ensure smooth workflow. - Collaborating with clients and consultants during the inquiry and project phases, attending meetings to discuss project requirements. - Tracking progress of jobs and tonnage throughout the project duration. - Prioritizing obtaining GAD approvals for projects. - Demonstrating strong teamwork skills to contribute effectively to the overall success of the team and projects. Your experience with Staad Pro Connect and AutoCAD will be valuable in performing these responsibilities effectively.,
