Job Description

Purpose of the Job :

Responsible for identifying, developing, and sourcing new product ideas, while also managing the end-to-end process from concept to launch, including collaborating with procurement and other cross-functional teams

Role & responsibilities

• Defining product specifications, features, and performance requirements based on market demands.

Sourcing and Supplier Management
Identifying and evaluating potential vendors, negotiating terms, and managing supplier relationships.
Creating and testing product prototypes to validate designs and functionalities.
Working closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product development.
Managing product development timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop product launch plans and provide post-launch support.
Analyzing data and trends to identify areas for improvement in the product development process.
