Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to foster growth and accountability. Additionally, you will process and verify timesheets and self-bill reports with a high degree of accuracy. Generating detailed error reports and collaborating with consultants to resolve timesheet discrepancies will also be a key aspect of your role. Monitoring and managing employee advances and deductions will be part of your daily responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to foster growth and accountability. - Process and verify timesheets and self-bill reports with a high degree of accuracy. - Generate detailed error reports and collaborate with consultants to resolve timesheet discrepancies. - Monitor and manage employee advances, deductions. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role. - Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.). - Highly organized with a strong process-oriented mindset. - Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality service to both internal teams and external clients. - Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.,
