Job Description

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Process professional to join our Service Delivery Operations team as a Senior Analyst. This role requires a solid understanding of end-to-end payroll process design and administration, as well as strong analytical, leadership, and client-facing skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing delivery operations, ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Delivery & Client Management: Ensure seamless delivery of payroll processes with adherence to SLAS and quality benchmarks. Liaise with service management teams for volume planning and resource allocation. Handle client interactions, resolve service issues/escalations, and build strong relationships. Create governance mechanisms, track metrics, and ensure business continuity protocols are followed. Subject Matter Expertise & Quality Management: Act as a subject matter expert in payroll operations. Support knowledge transfer, process training, and change implementation. Maintain comprehensive process documentation and implement strong quality controls. Participate in business reviews and audits, and escalate issues when required. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with business excellence teams to identify and implement process improvements. Track and review performance dashboards and ensure compliance with process controls. Team Management & Development: Lead and guide team members, set performance expectations, and provide regular feedback. Support in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing payroll team. Ensure team alignment with company goals, safety standards, and compliance practices. Collaboration & Cross-functional Engagement: Engage in internal/client initiatives and projects. Coordinate with internal IT and external partners for process enablement.
